*Unlimited storage and products have no limit within the software, however optional additional hardware (server processing power) may be required to maintain peak performance on some sites with large amounts of products and/or traffic. Dedicated and private cloud hosting are available as options.

*Unlimited support is on a first come/first serve basis during normal business hours. Our support team is on call after hours for emergency support only. Requests outside of the scope of product support (marketing, consulting, custom programming, non-emergency after hours, 3rd party software, etc.) may be billed separately as optional services.

*Priority support requests are move ahead of normal support requests in our support queue. Priority support is on a first come/first serve basis during normal business hours.

*1+ supplier catalogs in the Platinum Package allows one supplier catalog standard. For approved accounts, additional optional supplier catalogs may be added at additional cost up to the product limit.

Setup Time is the time it takes to load your websites framework onto an IP address, load supplier products, and provide an initial design based upon the clients design sketch. We work at our clients pace. You are free to direct traffic to your website as soon as it is on an IP address, however you may wish to spend additional time in the design, training, and setup processes before directing your customers traffic to your website.

Additional Option and Option means these items are not available as part of our standard package, but may be available as add-on’s. We offer additional professional services (design, programming, consulting, marketing) above and beyond those listed as part of a package above on an a la carte hourly basis. One-Click Drop Ships (1-Click to Ship TM), Automated Order Fulfillment, Automated Supplier Catalog Updates, Amazon, Ebay, Google, Payment Modules, QuickBooks, Real Time Shipping, and other included features using outside connections is a 3rd party integration and performed at best effort. We provide no guarantee of 3rd party functionality or information. We do not guarantee suppliers inventory to be in stock or accuracy of product images, descriptions, pricing or other product information. There is no guarantee that items are in stock at supplier or that supplier will process your order. We are not responsible for any incorrect orders or miss-shipments. Dealers are responsible for their orders, just like in their brick and mortar store.

Setup and Monthly fees will be billed at the start of OBN services. Our Setup process requires your new website to be hosted on a web server immediately. Use of servers costs us money. We start billing for this use immediately upon the beginning of setup.

Coming Soon means these features are on our development list or are in development for inclusion in future versions. There is no guaranteed timeline for coming soon features. Features on our development list may change, be added, or removed at any time.
